General guidance · Non-denominational churches · not specific to Epic Christian Church
Modern worship music with a band, a practical and engaging sermon (often in a series), and a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Strong small group culture.
Non-denominational churches are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of religious background. They tend to be contemporary, casual, and genuinely welcoming to first-time guests.
What Non-denominational churches generally believe
Non-denominational churches aren't part of a denomination, so each one sets its own statement of faith — ask the church or check its website. Most are evangelical: they believe in the Trinity, Jesus Christ as the Son of God who died and rose again, and the Bible as God's Word, salvation by grace through faith in Jesus, and baptism of believers, usually with contemporary worship.
Compared with Catholics: most non-denominational churches share core teaching about God and Christ, but hold Scripture alone as final authority, have no Pope or bishops, and see baptism and communion as ordinances. Compared with denominational Protestants, they govern themselves locally.
