• iChurch data is aggregated from publicly available sources using artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• iThis service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use at your own risk.

We work hard to surface useful church information, but we cannot guarantee it is current or complete.

• iChurch information is gathered using AI from publicly available sources such as church websites, social media pages, and community directories.
• iService times, group meeting schedules, events, and contact information may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Schedules change seasonally, and data may not reflect recent updates made by a church.
• iAlways confirm service times, group schedules, and contact details directly with the church before attending a service, event, or group meeting.
• iChurches can request corrections or removal of their information at any time by contacting us at info@nearfaith.com.

We believe in keeping things simple. NearFaith is designed to be useful without requiring you to hand over personal information.

• iNo accounts required. We do not collect or store personal data such as your name or email address.
• iWe use essential session cookies provided by our database infrastructure (Supabase) solely to keep the site functioning. These cookies do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising.
• iYour consent preference is stored in your browser's localStorage — no personal data is transmitted to our servers.
• iSearch queries may be logged in aggregate to help us improve search results and understand how the service is used. These logs are not linked to individuals and are not shared with third parties.
• iWe do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• iCalifornia residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. If you have questions about data collected about you, contact us at info@nearfaith.com.
• iEEA/UK residents (GDPR): Our lawful basis for processing any data is legitimate interest in operating a functional, public-interest informational service. You may contact us to exercise your rights of access, erasure, or portability under applicable law.
• iLocation detection (optional):When you click “Find churches near me,” your browser will ask for location permission. Your location is only used to find nearby churches and is never stored, saved, or shared with us or any third party. Location detection is entirely optional — you can always search by city or zip code instead.

NearFaith uses artificial intelligence (including large language model technology provided by third-party AI providers) to aggregate church data, generate church summaries, and produce personalised first-visit recommendations.

• iAI-generated content is provided for general informational guidance only and should not be taken as personal, spiritual, pastoral, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
• iAI outputs may contain factual inaccuracies, hallucinated details, or content that does not reflect the official position, doctrine, or policies of any church. We make no representation that AI-generated summaries or recommendations are accurate or complete.
• iRecommendations generated by AI are based on general patterns and publicly available information — they are not personalised counselling and do not account for your individual circumstances or beliefs.
• iAlways exercise your own personal judgment when choosing a church or community to attend. Consult directly with a church before making any decisions based on AI-generated content.
• iAI data processing is conducted by third-party providers (including xAI's Grok API). Use of this site constitutes your acknowledgement that data you input into AI-powered features may be processed by those providers in accordance with their own terms of service.

NearFaith enriches church listings using data from third-party providers, including Google.

• iChurch location, address, phone, and business-status data may be sourced from the Google Places API. Powered by Google.
• iIn compliance with the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, cached Google Places data is refreshed at least every 30 days and is not permanently stored beyond that period without re-querying the API.
• iGoogle Places data is displayed only via Google-sanctioned methods and is not displayed alongside competing map services on the same page.
• iAudio content on the Listen page is embedded from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced embed domain (youtube-nocookie.com) to limit third-party cookies. Use of embedded YouTube content is governed by YouTube's Terms of Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• iGolden Consulting Partners, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of NearFaith, including but not limited to: reliance on inaccurate church information, missed services or events, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• iOur total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this service is capped at zero dollars ($0.00). NearFaith is a free service provided without charge.
• iSome jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Consulting Partners and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of NearFaith; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona for resolution of any such dispute.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of NearFaith after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

NearFaith is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@nearfaith.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

While NearFaith displays listings for church youth groups and children's programs, this information is provided for the benefit of parents and guardians — not for use by minors directly. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

Golden Consulting Partners respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that material available on NearFaith infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list).

We respect every church's right to control how they are represented online.

• iAny church can request removal of their listing at any time. We will process removal requests within 24 hours.
• iChurches can also request corrections to their service times, group schedules, contact info, or any other details displayed on this site.
• iWe do not charge any fees for listing, removal, or corrections. NearFaith will never condition listing quality or placement on payment.
