What Churches of Christ generally believe
Churches of Christ believe in the Trinity, Jesus Christ as the Son of God who died and rose again, and the Bible as God's Word, and aim to follow the pattern of the New Testament church without creeds beyond the Bible. Baptism by immersion of believers is taught as part of responding to the gospel, the Lord's Supper is shared every Sunday, singing is often a cappella, and each congregation is led by its own elders.
